What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Whenever I begin to have negative feelings,I just forfeit every thing and keep on with my Graphic design and I see I will learn new things that I’ve never learnt.

What activities do you lose yourself in?

Oh… that movie [MERLIN] It’s an interesting movie that I won’t like to skip …..it gives me joy seeing MERLIN play the role as a magician and also Arthur as a good fighter too…..
